These terms govern the use of the ValueWave (밸류웨이브, the “Company”) website and app services.

1. Service availability

The Company strives to provide a stable service. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or force-majeure reasons.

2. User obligations

Users must comply with applicable laws, these terms, and any notices the Company publishes.

3. Intellectual property

All content, design, and software produced by the Company remains the Company’s intellectual property. Data created by you within an app remains yours.

4. Payment and refunds

Purchases and refunds through the App Store follow Apple’s policy. Please direct refund requests to Apple.

5. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of nature, power outages, or telecommunications failures.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The courts in the Company’s jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue over any dispute.
