MUHAN is a consciousness-coaching app provided by ValueWave. By using MUHAN you agree to ValueWave’s global Terms of Use and to the app-specific terms below.

Nature of the service

• MUHAN’s mentors are AI personas inspired by historical figures and ideas; they are not real people.
• MUHAN does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. In a crisis, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Subscription (MUHAN Premium)

• MUHAN Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: ₩9,900 / month or ₩89,000 / year (price and currency may vary by region and over time).
• New users get a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically and renews on the same terms unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your device’s App Store settings → Subscriptions.
• Core features offered for free remain available without a subscription.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure.
• You may not use MUHAN to harm others or to violate the law.

MUHAN is provided "as is" without a guarantee of any particular outcome. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses, and decisions made based on them are your responsibility.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will notify you through the app or this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
