COMPASS 12 operates under ValueWave’s global Privacy Policy. This page adds the app-specific details.
What we collect and process
- Child profile: only the minimum a parent enters — a name or nickname and birth year.
- Parent reflections and notes: text you enter is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, it remains within your own iCloud.
- Direction content: the bi-monthly parenting guides are delivered anonymously.
External services
- iCloud: data stays inside your own iCloud per your iCloud settings. ValueWave does not access it.
- Payments: App Store subscriptions follow Apple’s policy. ValueWave does not store payment details.
Data deletion
Removing the app deletes its local data. Anything already in your iCloud is managed by you directly in iCloud.
